Security:

The trust only invests in mortgages secured by real estate properties.

Regulatory Compliance:

The Trust is registered in Ontario. All investors are approved through an Exempt Market Dealer - Belco Private Capital. The Trust operates in compliance within the regulations of the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC), as well as the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (FSRA).

Flexibility:

The investments in the Trust do not have any locked-in or commitment period. All investments can be withdrawn at any time as long as a 2-month notice is given (if the investment amount is over $1 million, the investor is required to provide a 3-month notice). If withdrawn within 1 year, a 3% service fee will apply.

Monthly Distributions:

The Trust makes monthly distributions based on a targeted 8% annual return. For example, with an investment of $100,000 in the Trust, an investor would receive monthly distributions of $666.67. Investors have the option to receive the interest earned into their bank account or automatically reinvest their monthly interest distribution into the fund, taking advantage of the compound interest returns.

High Returns:

The anticipated annual return is over 8% (for compound interest, the anticipated annual return is over 8.3%). The Trust is required by tax regulations to distribute all net revenue earned by the Trust to all unit holders when the year-end audited Financial Statements are available.

*The Trust is available to all investors – Canadian residents, Non-Residents, Corporations and Individuals (such as international students, foreign visitors, self-employed/salaried/high-net-worth individuals, etc.)

*The minimum investment is $25,000. For Ontario investors, the minimum investment is currently $5,000

Multiple Investment Options:

The Trust is eligible for RRSP/TFSA, personal and corporate accounts.
