The objective of the Trust is to provide investors with passive, stable, secure, flexible, and superior investment returns. Ready Capital only invests in mortgages secured by Ontario real estate properties. The anticipated annual return is over 8%.

By investing in Ready Capital Mutual Fund Trust, investors are provided with an option of compound interest returns, or fixed monthly distributions.
